New Customers:

All new customers MUST have a consultation first. Do not book anything else until AFTER we have completed your consultation appointment. If you try to bypass this, We may decline to serve you.

If it has been more than 6 months since your appointment with us, you are considered a new customer and you are required to book a consultation before moving forward with services.

Public and Salon Health

We need to be healthy to serve our clients. If you have any symptoms of a cold, allergies, upper respiratory illnesses, sniffles, sneezes, or coughs, you are required to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will apply for your new appointment.

Payments

A Non-Refundable Deposit by Debit or Credit card is required to book an appointment. This will apply towards the total cost of your service. We prefer to only accept debit cards, credit cards.

Venmo and Cashap are not accepted.

Cancellations, Late Fees, and No-Shows

No Matter What, Deposits are not credited nor given back if:

You come to Loc Legacies with upper respiratory allergies or symptoms

you cancel the same day of appointment

you do not show up for your scheduled time

you bring a guest or child at all (you will be rescheduled and deposit not given back).

You are more than 20 minutes late

Fees for arriving late
Late arrival up to 10 minutes past scheduled appointment time = NO COST
Late arrival of 11-20 minutes past scheduled appointment time = $25.00 late fee
Late 20+ minutes past scheduled appointment time = APPOINTMENT CANCELLED. DEPOSIT IS LOST: NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE. NON-NEGOTIABLE

…We are more than 30 minutes late for your time, No Exceptions

…We must cancel the same day, No Exceptions

Communications

We communicate by phone and text only. We are not reachable via social media DM’s

We are typically available 10AM TO 7pm and will respond when hands are free.

For loc extensions and other highly specialized services: We will require a separate service contract for this service. This Contract will be emailed to you after your consultation.

Privacy Policy

At Loc Legacies and UniVersal Dreads we are highly committed to protecting your personal and sensitive information. We do not disclose, sell, or share your personal identifying information collected on our website nor any of our other platforms. Your payment information is stored securely via our payment processing systems. You may request at any time, to have your information deleted from our processing systems by contacting us directly by email and phone :

Loc Legacies and UniVersal Dreads does not accept liability outside of the solutions set forth herein, including, but not limited to the providing of services and support. Loc Legacies and UniVersal Dreads will not be held accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised that such damages may be possible, or for any claims made by any third party except as clearly provided herein. This Limitation of Liability is applicable to products and services. For any liability connected to the purchase of products, Loc Legacies and UniVersal Dreads are not liable or responsible for any amount of damages more than the aggregate dollar amount paid by customers for the purchase of the product(s) at issue.
